Learn massage techniques , positions, and exercises beneficial during pregnancy through labor. You and your partner will enter this birth educated and confident to advocate your wants.
Labor Doula Support
Receive nurturing comfort and physical and emotional support during labor, birth, and limited postpartum.
Servicing hospitals, birth centers, and home births in South Jersey and Philadelphia Area.
